Group therapy

Groups provide a unique experience of sharing in the journey towards healing and wholeness with others.  There is a gift that is given and received when individuals join together to enter into the process of healing.

Couples Therapy

Couples may participate in therapy together to address challenges that are experienced in their relationship.  Issues may involve difficulties communicating, differences in parenting, adjusting to changes, and/or rebuilding trust.  Perhaps you may wish to enhance your relationship with one another.  Individuals from different life experiences often join together and face challenges in effectively working together.  You may desire a fulfilling relationship but find that you are experiencing disappointments, rejection, and loneliness.  By participating in therapy together, couples may grow in forgiveness, acceptance, and ultimately, a greater sense of intimacy.

Family therapy

Every family has their own unique dynamics that contribute to their strengths as well as their challenges.  When a family participates in therapy together, family members are engaging together to work toward healing hurts, improving communications, and developing new patterns of relating together to create a more peace-filled home environment.  By engaging in family therapy, parents may also better understand their children and adolescent, and as a family, develop new ways of effectively problem-solving together.

Individual therapy

Individual therapy is often helpful when dealing with personal issues of depression, anxiety, abuse, grief, self-esteem, spiritual concerns, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, unhealthy coping patterns, and forgiveness.  Entering into Individual therapy provides the opportunity to work through challenging issues within the context of a safe relationship with the therapist.  By taking the courageous step in participation in individual therapy,  you may encounter life's challenges with hope, support, and new strategies as you experience healing in areas of discomfort and pain.
